A classic package of ayurvedic bliss! It entails a 90 minute abhyanga. This is an ayurvedic massage using warm herbal oils and flowing strokes. Incorporated to the massage are warm herbal boluses. These are cotton pouches of oil soaked powdered herbs. This is a very comforting and richly enjoyable means of sweating the body. This opens channels and dislodges toxins for their removal by the body. A Shirodhara follows the abhyanga and boluses. Shirodhara is a treatment by which warm oil is poured over the forehead and the area of the third eye over a period of 20 minutes to half an hour. This is a deeply relaxing experience for both body and mind and is indicated in ayurveda to help promote restful sleep,and to reduce anxiety and sleep. All this followed by a full body steam to allow the medicated oil to continue its work and to unstick toxins of varios kinds from the body's channels. ​
